Brava! is the name of Women’s Ministry at Cedar Mill. If you are wondering what the name means, it’s simple. Brava! is a joyful shout that celebrates women. Whether God has called you to the workplace, as a full-time mom, into the arts, or to the sports fields, whatever your age and stage —there’s a place for you to connect, make friends, grow, and discover who God created you to be.

Brava! Plus

This is a great place for women to get plugged in to the church and develop new friendships. Our gatherings focus on connecting and growing together. We meet weekly for 6-week sessions throughout the year. Registration for the Spring session has closed, but be on the look out for information about our Fall session. If you have questions, contact Lori Kelly.

Women of the Word (WOW)

Women of the Word seek to grow in Christ by walking together while traveling through various books of the Bible. This group meets weekly to encourage each other in all circumstances of life and to seek the Spirit's work of heart transformation. Registration occurs at the end of summer. For more information, contact Mary Anne Firstman.

This Bible study uses an investigative approach to studying God's Word that includes in-depth studying of a book of the Bible, time of prayer, and fellowship. For more information, contact Diane Strong.

Belong - Single moms community

Belong is a place for single moms to come together to share in each other’s joys and struggles, receive support and encouragement, and be equipped through the love of Christ. Gatherings take place on the second Sunday of every month and our next gathering is on March 11 at 12:30pm in room 101A. Childcare is available. For more information, please contact Felicity Wienand.

Cup of Hope

A ministry for women who have children experiencing disability. This group gets together every month to share stories, support each other,  be encouraged from Scripture, and enjoy a cup of tea. Please contact Linda Herdina for more information.

Young Women

As young women, we get together and engage our creativity through a variety of methods. We talk over anything the Lord has been working in our lives and pray for each other. Please contact Anna Fagerberg if you would like to get involved.

Breath of Life

As believers in Christ, it is our goal to gear our hearts and minds toward His way of living. Breath of Life is an hour-long class of body-stretching movements accompanied by prayer and worship music. Feel free to drop in on the second Friday of the month at 10am in CMK3. Our next class is March 9. For more information, contact Joy Jenkinson.
